Why I Hate (and Love) My Treadmill

Remember, if possible, try try TRY to get out on the roads and trails. Your legs work in a completely different way on treadmill versus on the roads. I could tell a huge difference today - did my long run on a treadmill on Saturday, and my legs did not know what was going on for about two miles today back out on the trail.
