2) Race five to seven 5ks, and win once or place in the top 5 twice
3) Run Bix in under 48 minutes
4) Complete my first triathlon
5) Complete my first half-Ironman triathlon (hate the word HALF in the name of any race)
6) Cross train AT LEAST two-three times per week (not including triathlon training, duh!)
